- More and more contractors and suppliers are using the NTO because it protects their payment
Avoid disgruntled clients and potential lawsuit. Wyoming has the most comprehensive “Notice” law in the USA. Because EVERY general contractor, EVERY subcontractor, and EVERY supplier MUST send a notice at the beginning of a job to have a lien right. A notice is REQUIRED on ALL COMMERCIAL, ALL RESIDENTIAL – every type of construction project except government and mineral extraction. Come learn the basics of protecting your business’s lien rights if you ever work in Wyoming.
