Starting January 1, 2025 all members will now be required to complete 2 hours of fair housing training every 3 years. The 3 year cycle is 2025-2027 - which coincides with the code of ethics training requirement for all members.

• Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing 
• Fair Housing - online course from The CE Shop 
• Fairhaven - NAR online simulation
